
Medium temperature Magnesia Powder
Our medium High Temperature Magnesia Powder is made of fused magnesium that contains more than 97% MgO, firstly grinned, secondly proceeded with high temperature calcinations, and lastly added additives. The product has following features:
- Temperature Resistance:excellent electrical performance, low leakage current under medium temperature conditions, High safety, Has been widely applied to the medium temperature heating elements.
- Filling Effect:good flow properties, better density when filled into heat pipe, therefore good thermal effects.
- MEZ-1Product MEZ-1 does not have Silicone oil added; hence it is suitable for high temperature treated heating pipe. On the other hand, products MEZ-2 and MEZ-3 have silicone oil added, which has allowed them good moisture proof, so the heat pipe can be used directly without sealing the ends. Also, the production process is simple and low cost.
